Go for sea salt, as it contain different elements, electrolytes etc. It’s not only going to help your salt craving, but will give you more salt benefits as compared to iodized and other salts.
Asking a hungry man to grab a chocolate bar is cruel. Tons of sugar; tons of empty calories are being consumed, which results into more hunger after eating.
